2020 is finally turning around. It is definitely the year of celebrity weddings. Just when we had gotten over the shock of Sarah Khan and Falak Shabir’s “jhat mangni patt viyaah”, we have another thing coming, one we didn’t see but are definitely getting over the shock and the pleasant surprise as Sana Javed and Umair Jaswal decided to tie the knot yesterday (20.10.2020), even though the couple denied all dating rumors and speculations in the past. 1. Where?

So, this lovely surprising event that came as a shock to the world took place in Movenpick hotel Karachi. The wedding was kept lowkey and the couple’s close family and friends were invited.

 

 

2. Who Wore What?

Sana Javed was seen in a pale peach ensemble with gold border and it looked like a classic Bunto Kazmi by all means. The sleeves, the border the detailing all was a classic Bunto giveaway. Embracing her brother, Abdullah Javed and being kissed affectionately by her sister, we can surely say Sana was definitely the family’s favorite. The heartthrob Umair Jaswal on the other hand, looked dapper in a self-embossed off-white sherwani with a kaamdani and gold border shawl by Humayun Alamgir.

 

 

3. Makeup

The perks of getting married in Karachi is that an appointment by Natasha Ali Lakhani is a must and easily accessible too. The peaches and cream 100 watt look and beautiful glass skin had us at hello. Difficult to take our eyes off Sana’s face it was quite obvious this could only be the doing of none other than the brilliant Natasha Ali Lakhani.

The wonderful event was done by none other than innovative events. The combination was kept in the shades of golds and off-whites, each undertone matching with the dresses of the couple. It was a very calm and serene ambiance, with understated and muted tones done to perfection. The décor and flowers all harmonized with each other and we simply loved this wedding affair!
